Who can I call if I have a question about my order?

When will my credit card be charged?

Credit cards are billed when you place your order. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number in case there are questions pertaining to your order.

Do you take Checks or Money Orders?

Orders placed online can be paid only with a credit/debit cards, We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only orders shipping to addresses within Illinois are charged 10.25% sales tax.

Can I change my order after I submit it?

We process orders very quickly. If you need to make a change please call us at 312-940-3094 as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request, but we CAN NOT guarantee it.

When will my order ship?

We ship clothing and non personalized gift and jewelry orders Monday – Friday, usually the same day or within 24 hours. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Central Time Friday, or on weekends and holidays, will ship on the next business day.

Personalized gifts will ship within the “Availability” in the description of each item.

Is gift wrap available?

Gift wrap is available for some items. You may add gift wrap on the item when ordering if it is available. If you choose so, your item will be wrapped in our signature paper.

Is my credit card transaction secure?

Your credit card transactions are secure. All online orders are sent through a secure server using the latest SSL technology to encrypt the information being transmitted. Additionally, your credit card number is passed directly through our payment gateway using the most sophisticated online security available. We do not see nor do we store your credit card number on our site.

Do you disclose any personal information to outside parties?

We will not disclose any personally identifiable information (your name, address, phone #, email address) to any third party unless required by law to do so.

Do you send information via e-mail?

We send you an order confirmation and shipping confirmation via email automatically. You can also sign up to receive special discounts and promotional offers from us by email. You can always request to be removed from this list.

Do you accept returns?


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return any items ordered (with the exception of items listed below and Southport Boutique Gift cards and vouchers) within 30 days, beginning the day your parcel is delivered. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt into our distribution center. Please note that it may take up to 5 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition with tags and in the original packaging. Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage.

For reasons of hygiene, we regret that we are not able to  offer you a refund if you decide you no longer want items which by their nature cannot be returned once they have been dispatched, including:

– Earrings which have been removed from their packaging
– Tights
– Lingerie
– Swimwear where the hygiene strip has been removed

We are also unable to refund Southport Boutique Gift Cards

This does not, however, affect your statutory rights in relation to such items if they are faulty or damaged when you receive them or if they are items that you have been sent in error. If you have any questions please contact our Customer Services team.

What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return most items sold by Southport Boutique for a refund or store credit. Returns must be received by Southport Boutique within 30 days of your order date to receive a refund.

Incorrect, Missing or Defective Items:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report a problem and to receive instructions.


If you have changed your mind about an item, please follow our return instructions below. We do not process exchanges.

General Return Guidelines & Preparing Your Items(s) for Return Shipping:

All returns must be in original, new, re-sellable condition and include all of the original contents and are received at Southport Boutique in the same condition in which you received them. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in “new condition” or apply a damage/re-stocking fee of up to 100%.

Please pack the items securely in a shipping box, such as the one we used to ship your order to you so that your returns and their product packaging will not be damaged during the return shipment. We recommend shipping your return with an insured carrier and with a tracking number. Southport Gifts is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We do not offer prepaid return shipping labels.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Free shipping promotions and other coupon offers/discounts will be deducted from your refund.

Any order received back as undeliverable will be processed as a return, minus all actual outbound and return shipping charges. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned as undeliverable, a new order with the correct address will need to be placed.
